Overview

The columns of the product tables on the search and workspace pages are able to have which columns are displayed and their position on the tables customized for each of the two pages.

How to Customize Columns

Search​

On the search page:

Click on the Customize Columns button with the pencil icon on the result table menu below the search bar

Once the customization modal is open:

- Select the columns for the table by opening the dropdown and clicking on the column names.
    - The default columns will already be selected, but can be deselected
- The column order can be changed by clicking and dragging the column header to the desired position
- When done with editing the columns, click the save button at the bottom of the modal to save the new column order and close the modal
- the columns should automatically update to the new columns

Workspace​

On the Workspace page:

Open the menu for the workspace page and click on the customize column option in the dropdown menu to open the customizable column modal

Once the customizable columns modal is open:

  • Select the columns for the table by opening the dropdown and clicking on the column names
    • The default columns will already be selected, but can be deselected
  • Column order can be changed by clicking and dragging the column header to the desired position
  • When done with editing the columns, click the save button at the bottom of the modal to save the new column order and close the modal
  • The columns on the workspace table should automatically update to the new columns and order

Options

Search and Workspace options:

  • Name - product name
  • Image - product image
  • Availability - product availability
  • Cost- product cost

Search only options:

  • Favorites- star icon to indicate company or user favorites
  • Manufacturer- product manufacturer
  • MFP- product manufacturer part number
  • Details- button to open additional product details and options

Workspace only options:

  • Quantity- number of a product added to the workspace
  • Actions- two buttons, a trashcan to remove the product from the workspace and a details button to see more information on the product
